   Shipping Times and Fees

Order Processing Times

  • The time HCProductsCo needs to prepare an order for shipping varies. All of HCProductsCo items are handcrafted and require a 1-2 day build time. We ship all orders within 1-2 business days after build completion.

Shipping Option Times

  • Expedited Priority Shipping 1-3 Days

  • First Class/Priority Shipping 3-4 Days

  • Free Standard Shipping 5-7 Days

  • HCProductsCo will do their best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

 

Estimated Regional Shipping Times

  • North America: 1-4 Business days

  • Canada: 3-5 Business days

  • Europe: 7-8 Business days

 

Customs and Import taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. HCProductsCo is not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

  • We gladly Accept Returns and Exchanges

  • Contact us within: 3 days of delivery

  • Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

  • Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

 

Conditions of Returned Item(s)

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

Canceling a Purchased Order

  • Materials to craft each handmade item are purchased immediately after the sale/transaction. Should you feel the need to cancel your order, please contact HCProductsCo immediately. Any deviation from the stated timetable is subject to a 35% Cancellation Fee for the order.

Returning a Purchased Item

  • Each item is handcrafted to meet the needs of each individual buyer and for this reason HCProductsCo charges a 35% Restocking Fee should the item(s) be returned for any reason. Any item(s) returned will be inspected upon arrival to HCProductsCo and if the item(s) are damaged, additional fees will apply.
